Everything between the call and the payment

Take the callCustomer, address, the equipment on site, priority, and an arrival window — captured once, and the call is on the board.
Dispatch boardDrag calls between techs and reschedule them. Overlapping visits are flagged before they become a double-booking. Publish the day when it's set.
The tech's phoneAcknowledge the job, tap On my way, arrive, and finish with photos — in English or Spanish. No signal in the crawl space? The taps and photos wait on the phone and send when it's back.
Good, better, best estimatesGive options, not one take-it-or-leave-it price, picking lines from your own price book. The customer signs on the tech's phone in the driveway or from an emailed link, and can pay a deposit right then.
Invoice and get paidTurn the approved estimate into an invoice and send a card or bank pay link. Turn on payment reminders and unpaid invoices get a friendly email before and after the due date. Jobsite takes no platform fee on payments.
Customers kept in the loopBooking confirmation, a day-before reminder, on-my-way and running-late notes, and a job-done note — sent by email, in English or Spanish.
Review requestsTwo days after the last visit, the customer gets an email with your Google review link — and a private box beside it for anything they'd rather tell you first.
Maintenance agreementsJobsite creates the service call ahead of each agreement visit, so the recurring work is on the board before it's due. Customers can turn on automatic card payments for their plan from their portal.
Leads and a customer portalLeads land in a pipeline you can work. Customers see their appointments, invoices, and maintenance plan in their own portal.
Time clockTechs clock in and out from their phones, with an optional job-site geofence and clock-in photo. Approve the timesheets when the week is done.

What a month costs

$49 a month includes 25 worker-days, then $1 per additional worker-day. These examples assume every tech is in the app 22 days a month — a ceiling, so real bills come in at or under them.

Questions owners ask

What does it cost?

$49 a month, month to month. That includes 25 worker-days each billing month — a worker-day is one person using the field app on one day, about one full-time tech. After that it's $1 per additional worker-day. Office users don't count; there's no per-seat price.

Is there a free plan or a free trial?

Every company gets a sample workspace, free and with no card, so you can run calls, estimates, and invoices on sample data for as long as you like. Putting your real customers and crew on it is the $49 plan.

Does it text my customers?

Not yet. Today every customer update — confirmations, reminders, on-my-way notes, estimates, invoices, and review requests — goes by email. Text messaging isn't switched on.

Do I need the safety and training tools?

No. Those are in Jobsite's construction plans, not this one. Incident reports and the OSHA injury logs stay open on every plan because they're legal records, and you can track your techs' licenses and cards (EPA 608 and the like).

Can my techs use it in Spanish?

Yes. The tech's phone app runs in English or Spanish, and customer emails can go out in either language.
