Refer a contractor. Earn 30% of everything they pay, for as long as they stay.
Jobsite runs a contractor’s safety program and its projects in one platform. If contractors already come to you for advice — on safety, insurance, the books, the trade — the Partner Program pays you 30% of the cash they pay Jobsite, on every invoice, with no cap. Their first 30 days are on us.
Program defaults. Your terms are stated in your partner portal and in the agreement you accept before your first referral.
What you’re recommending
Jobsite is the platform a construction company runs its safety program on — bilingual OSHA-aligned training with automatic certificates and renewal tracking, inspections, JHAs, safety observations, incident reporting and the OSHA 300/300A/301 forms — and, in the Full Suite, the project side too: daily logs, RFIs, submittals, schedule, budgets, change orders, pay apps and payments. Workers use a phone-first app in English or Spanish; the office gets one place where the evidence lives.
Pricing is published, monthly, with no annual commitment: a flat suite base plus a dollar for each day a worker actually works in the app. That is what your commission is calculated on — every invoice, in full.
Who the program is for
You already tell contractors what a real safety program looks like. Jobsite is the system that runs it — training, certifications, inspections, incidents, the OSHA 300 log — and your client keeps you as the expert on top of it.
A contractor with documented training, inspections and a clean incident history is a better risk. Jobsite gives your book the evidence, and gives you a reason to call before renewal instead of after the loss.
Budgets, change orders, pay apps, WIP and ERP export live in the Full Suite. If you keep a contractor's books, you are the one they ask what to run the job side on.
Trade associations, equipment and supply dealers, construction attorneys, fractional CFOs — anyone a contractor trusts for advice. If they ask you what to use, this program pays you for answering.
Who it isn’t for. Companies referring themselves, affiliates without a relationship to the contractor, and anyone planning to buy ads on Jobsite’s name. We accept partners who advise contractors and would recommend us anyway; the commission is for the introduction, and the contractor always deals with Jobsite directly.
How it works
- 1
Apply below; we set you up
Tell us who you are and who you serve. We reply by email, and if it's a fit you get an invitation, a short agreement to accept online, and your own referral link and code.
- 2
Refer a client three ways
Share your link (it remembers the referral for 90 days), have them enter your code when they sign up, or send an invite from your partner portal — a personal note from you, delivered by Jobsite, that attaches the referral the moment they create their workspace.
- 3
Their onboarding period is on us
A referred client's first 30 days are free by default — the plan base and worker usage both. They see "Your first 30 days are on us" on their plan page, so the concession is visibly yours.
- 4
You earn on every dollar they pay
From their first paid invoice onward, 30% of the cash Jobsite collects from that client is yours — plan base, worker usage, add-ons, upsells and renewals, for as long as they remain a customer. There is no cap and no expiry.
- 5
Payouts run themselves
Connect a bank account once through Stripe. Each time a referred client pays an invoice, your share transfers automatically. On the 2nd of every month you get a statement of the month's activity — every invoice, every transfer — with a CSV download.
The ledger is the record. Every cent earned, transferred or reversed is a line in your portal with the invoice it came from — the client’s company name, the invoice number, the date paid, the amount, and your share. Refunds and chargebacks reverse the matching share; nothing is netted invisibly. Your statement and its CSV show the same rows.
Questions partners ask
What exactly is the commission based on?
30% (the program default) of cash collected: what the referred client actually pays on Jobsite invoices, net of sales tax, refunds and chargebacks, before payment-processor fees. Invoiced-but-unpaid amounts, credits and free periods don't count; test, sample and complimentary accounts never earn.
How long does the commission last?
For the life of the client relationship between Jobsite and that client, including renewals and upgrades, with no cap on the total. If the client leaves, the commission stops with their last paid invoice; if they come back, it resumes.
How and when am I paid?
Through Stripe Connect: you complete a short hosted setup once, and each paid invoice transfers your share to your bank account. If a client's payment is later refunded or charged back, the matching share is reversed. A monthly statement on the 2nd lists every entry. If you'd rather not use Stripe, we can pay statements manually by arrangement.
What if a client signs up without using my link?
They can enter your code on the signup page, or you can send them an invite from your portal, which attaches the referral by email match when they sign up. One partner per client company: the first attribution wins, and it becomes permanent at the client's first paid invoice.
Can I refer my own company?
No — a partner can't earn commission on a company they own or run, and a workspace can't refer itself. The agreement covers the details.
What happens to my commissions if Jobsite is sold?
Everything accrued up to the closing date is paid in full. No new commission accrues on invoices paid after that date. It's written into the agreement so there's no ambiguity later.
Am I an employee or a reseller?
Neither. Partners are independent contractors who refer; Jobsite sells, contracts with and bills the client directly. Stripe issues your annual 1099 form. The full agreement is shown before you accept it, and your copy is always available in your portal.
