Pricing

You pay for use, not headcount

No “request a quote,” no percentage of your construction volume, no charge for people who never open the app. Pick one of three suites at a flat monthly base, then pay $1 for each day a worker steps into the jobsite tools — or, on a suite with the time clock, clocks in — beyond the days your suite includes. The whole bill is on this page.

Billed monthly. No annual commitment, no minimum term — by design. The Home Services Suite leaves out the Safety Suite tools (training, certifications, toolbox talks, JHAs, inspections, observations), project management, and budgets, contracts, and pay apps. Incident reports, OSHA 300/301 logs, and safety data sheets stay open on every plan.

Plus $1 for each day a worker works in the app

Most construction software bills you per head, every month, whether or not that head ever logs in. That punishes exactly the companies whose field labour moves around — seasonal crews, subcontracted trades, a headcount that’s 300 on paper and 40 on site. So we bill the work instead.

Workers open the paid day by stepping into The Tools — the crew feed, toolbox talks, jobsite forms — or, on a suite with the time clock, by clocking in. That day costs $1, and everything else they do for you that day is included: every training, every form, every photo, the AI assistant, offline mode, English or Spanish. A second job for the same company on the same day is the same dollar, not another one. Simply opening the app never charges you — the home view is the worker’s own record, free forever — and a day they don’t work in the app is a day you don’t pay for.

Your office team is in the base. Project managers, safety directors, admins — add as many as you need and the price on the card above doesn’t move. A crew that works three weeks this month bills three weeks; the crew that’s between jobs bills nothing.

On the Home Services Suite, the first 25 worker-days in each billing month are included in the $49 base — about one full-time person in the field. Each worker-day after that is $1, counted the same way. Included days reset every billing month and don’t roll over.

What counts as a billable day — and what never does

Opens a $1 day
  • Clocking in on a job
  • Stepping into The Tools — the crew feed, announcements, jobsite forms
  • Signing a toolbox talk
  • Filing a daily log, inspection, or JHA
  • Anything else that produces work for the company that day
Never bills
  • Opening the app — the home view is the worker's own record
  • Their certification wallet — looking up their own cards
  • Checking their own timesheet
  • Messaging their crew — conversation is free like a phone call
  • Their own settings, gear list, and personal documents
  • A manager previewing the app as a worker
  • Sample and demo workers in a trial account
  • Coming back later the same day — that's the same dollar

That line isn’t a promise — it’s enforced in code. All 388 things a worker can do in the app are classified in advance: 270 of them can open a paid day, 118 never bill under any circumstance. Anything not on that list fails closed and cannot reach the meter, and an automated check fails our build if a new screen ships unclassified. Your account shows the running month’s billable days per worker, with the event and site that opened each one, so the invoice is never a surprise.

Whose worker is it? A job belongs to a company, and that company pays for the day. If a worker puts in time for two different companies on one day, that’s two days — each company got the value, each pays its own dollar. Nobody has to settle who “employs” the crew. Above 1,500 workers, pricing moves to a negotiated Enterprise contract — talk to us.

What that works out to

A usage meter has no per-head monthly price, so here is the arithmetic instead. Multiply workers by the days each one actually works in the app to get worker-days, and each worker-day is $1 on top of your suite base — except the first 25 each billing month on the Home Services Suite, which are included. Every row below assumes every worker works in the app on every one of those days — that makes these ceilings, not forecasts. Real bills come in under them, because not everyone works in the app every day.
