Let's add a new hire to Jobsite, end to end. Start on the Workers page — this is your roster: every worker, their trade, and their standing, in one list. Each row is one worker — you can open any of them later for the full record. For now, we're adding someone new.

Head to Add Worker and take the single-worker option. Two fields matter: the name, and the trade. And notice what's missing — no email address required. Field crews don't need inboxes to get trained. Now hit Add Worker, and watch what happens. Jobsite lands you on his record — and the required training has already assigned itself, straight from the rules you set for his trade.

There's his list — each requirement on his record from day one, with its own due date. This is exactly what he'll see on his phone the moment he signs in. No forms to route, no spreadsheet to update. The intake was those two fields.

One last stop: the Certifications ledger. As he completes his training, the cards land here — alongside everything else you track. So the day a GC asks for proof, you're not assembling it. It's already assembled.
